The practical results-oriented approach of coaching motivates you to make the changes you want in your life in a relatively short time. The entire program takes a minimum of 12 sessions to complete, depending on individual needs and preferences.
Factors that may impact the length of time include: the types of goals, working styles, and frequency of sessions. I invite my clients to make an initial commitment to themselves of at least 4 sessions. In my experience, after the first four sessions are completed, making a committment for the duration of the program become irrelevant in comparison to the shifts and transformation that is experienced.
There is never any obligation to continue coaching. However, the average client works with me from three to six months, and some as long as a year.
